ExRay not only monitors the health of the messaging environment, but also generates real-time reports that provide valuable insight into how the email system is performing. Types of Reports

Health Summaries – Provides status and summary information about each link/route.

Problems – Highlights the most significant problems, including the least reliable routes, the slowest routes, and longest recovery period.

Service Level Agreements (SLAs) – Provides a flexible way to define and monitor SLAs, including percentage availability, average delivery time, and number of outages.

Trends – Shows how the quality of email service changes over time according to multiple criteria.

Comparisons – Allows the easy comparison of one or more routes. Any number of routes can be compared over different time periods or against each other during the same time period. This information is great for managing an upgrade to the latest email system version.

Reporting Capabilities
