Customers can report an issue with an Xecuritas product by submitting a technical support case. Upon submission, customers will receive an email confirmation with their case number.

Case submission tips to improve resolution times:
Provide example of the technical issue including: Sender, Recipient, User Address affected, Appliance affected
If a case is created in regards to spam, please send spam samples to spam@messagescreen.com referencing the case number in the subject line.
